Subscriptions
ShiftSend subscriptions renew weekly or monthly depending on the plan selected. You may cancel future renewals, and cancellation stops future charges after the current paid billing period.
Refund eligibility
A subscription payment may be eligible for a refund only when all of the following are true:
- The subscription is still active at the time of the refund request.
- ShiftSend has not found any job leads for the account.
- ShiftSend has not written or generated any application emails for the account.
- No application emails have been approved or sent from the account.
- The request is not related only to hiring outcomes, employer responses, interviews, or job placement.
If any leads have been found, any emails have been written or generated, or any emails have been sent, the subscription payment is generally not refundable except where required by law or where ShiftSend approves a refund for a duplicate charge, billing error, or verified service failure.
Processing fees and refund amount
Stripe and other payment processors may keep processing fees or charge refund-related costs. To the extent permitted by law, any approved refund may be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees, currency conversion costs, taxes, chargeback costs, or other third-party costs connected to the transaction. This means the refunded amount may be less than the original charge.
Credit packs
Extra application credit packs are generally non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits may remain available according to the active product rules, unless the account is closed for misuse or another policy applies.
No job outcome refunds
ShiftSend does not guarantee interviews, responses, offers, or job placement. Refunds are not provided based only on hiring outcomes.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the account email, payment date, charge amount, and reason for the request. ShiftSend will review whether the account meets the refund eligibility conditions above. Refunds, when approved, are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
